Theresa and Chris are the managers and owners of Kauai Vacation Properties. Chris was raised on Kauai while Theresa is from Colorado and most recently, Washington. Both have spent many years exploring, biking, hiking, kayaking and surfing around the island. Their backgrounds include many years working in the food, beverage and banquet departments at Poipu's leading resorts before starting careers as property managers. Both have traveled extensively around the world but Kauai is home. Their philosophy for Kauai Vacation Properties is to provide travelers clean, well equipped accommodations for a good value that people will want to return to and also recommend to their friends. Honesty and friendly professionalism with the aloha spirit are the foundation. Photographs are purposely presented to give you an honest feel for each property. Chris is also the owner/appraiser for The Appraisal Company of Kauai, an independent real estate appraisal firm specializing in the wide range of homes, condominiums and vacant land on Kauai.
